THERMA-TRU
Exhibiting at both AMD and the Remodeling Show, Therma-Tru is showcasing its Privacy Glass Collection of four triple-paned glass designs. For doors and sidelites, the textured glass styles provide both natural light and privacy to the home, along energy efficiency and security. The manufacturer of fiberglass and steel entry doors will also highlight the upgraded version of its online Picture Perfect entryway visualizer tool. The new Picture Perfect 2.0 Virtual Designer software program offers expanded visualization capabilities that allow more customization by trade professionals when using the software on the jobsite, for in-home sales presentation or in a dealer showroom, the manufacturer reports. Up to eight different keyfobs can be programmed to one lock, allowing home entry with the touch of a button, the manufacturer states. A blue LED light indicates the door has been locked or unlocked. A wireless, alphanumeric SimpliciKey keypad allows users to program up to 16 unique four- to six-digit entry codes, which can be changed at any time. Backlit, the keypad has a one-touch locking action and sliding cover that produces a sleek look without sacrificing safety.
