patio door enables homeowners to replace an old
patio door with an elegant,
hassle-free door providing security, durability,
thermal performance, and
ease of operation. Supplied with tempered high
performance low-E glass
unit with argon fill and
warm edge spacer, the
doors are tax credit compliant with a NFRC U-value
of 0.29 and SHGC of 0.27.
Other features include triple weatherstripping on posts
and double weather stripping at the secure interlock; a
high performance water draining system incorporated
into lower sill that directs water outside; steel reinforcements both at the interlock and the meeting rail; and
multipoint locking hardware in a variety of finishes.
The doors are available in white, beige, three interior
woodgrains and optional coated exterior colors.

handle engineered to lift the door panel off the sill when
rotated 180°. A ball-bearing roller system enables a door
weighing up to 550 lbs to glide smoothly and effortlessly,
according to the manufacturer. High performance glass
packages and a variety of exterior colors and interior
woodgrains are available on the line.
