to meet its objectives to
provide customers with
more customization options,
shorter lead-times and highly
energy efficient products,
it became clear that they
would need to bring their IG
production in-house – and
there was no more perfect
time than when opening a
new facility.
According to Margiotta,
the decision to use Super
Spacer was simple. “We
sell mostly to window
manufacturers to augment
their product lines. The
biggest customer trend has
been to switch their IG type
to Super Spacer for the
lower U-Values. Its brand

As a producer of highly
efficient patio doors that
meet and exceed ENERGY

lighting through skylights,
state-of-the-art heating and
cooling systems, and T5
lighting throughout.
Another important
philosophy that has
transcended the years is
Sunview’s dedication to
buying locally and creating
a vertically integrated supply
chain. Sunview’s sister
organizations include Vision
Extrusions, Reliance Windows
and Titanium Logistics.

Family Feel
Sunview opened in 1978 as
a family-run, family-owned
business. While ownership
changed hands in 2008, the
new regime wanted to keep
the same family-feel that
has served the business well
over the years. An important
part of opening the new
facility was the comfort of its
employees – some of whom
have been with the company
since the day it opened.
